From on-site repair to full rebuilds, we keep surgical and clinical equipment in service — and documented to the standards your facility expects.
Equipment testing
Our technicians perform dynamic testing to ensure equipment operates within manufacturer specifications. We perform calibration and electrical safety inspection for operator and patient safety. Testing is documented so you know what was checked, what passed, and what was adjusted — before equipment goes back into service or leaves our facility.
Field service
Our engineers provide at-your-door service to minimize downtime and get you back to work. We coordinate around your schedule where possible, work efficiently on site, and explain findings in plain language so your staff knows the equipment is ready for use. Whether it’s a single device or multiple rooms, we focus on getting you operational with minimal disruption.
Refurbished equipment
We refurbish surgical tables, exam tables, surgical lights, autoclaves, patient monitoring equipment, and more. Refurbished equipment includes a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, and 90 days on repairs. Each unit is broken down, inspected, cleaned, and rebuilt with worn components replaced — so you receive equipment that meets our standards for clinical use, not just a cosmetic refresh.

Every table is broken down to the base so our technicians can inspect, clean, and rebuild wiring, hydraulics, and control systems — not just the surfaces you see.
Electrical safety inspections
Fair, competitive pricing on inspections and testing. Customers receive required documentation for their records. We help you stay aligned with facility and accreditation expectations by providing clear reports you can file or share with your biomedical or compliance team. If something needs attention, we’ll tell you what it is and what we recommend next.
Core exchange
For some parts we offer an exchange: you order the exchange listing online, send in your core unit, and we ship a refurbished replacement once we receive and match it at our Clearwater service location. Exchange pricing assumes return of a matching core; if a core is not received, additional charges or a different arrangement may apply.

Parts inventory
We maintain a large inventory of commonly used and hard-to-find parts to keep interruption to your business to a minimum and avoid unnecessary disruption in patient care.
